We offer free local delivery within 10 miles of Hickory Hills, IL. We process and ship orders within 3-5 business days of placing your order, since we are a small, home-based business making everything in small batches and packaging by hand. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.  

A few quick notes:

• Deliveries are made to your doorstep or building entrance.

• If you live in an apartment or multi-unit building, please meet us at the main entrance — we’re unable to deliver directly to apartment doors or go upstairs.

• Please make sure someone is available to receive the order during your delivery window.

• If no one is home, the order will be left safely at the door or with building staff (if applicable). Once dropped off, SiPP is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft.

• Please include your phone number in the “Order Notes” section so we can contact you during delivery if needed.

• You may also leave gate codes, preferred drop-off times, or special instructions in the notes section at checkout.
