At SiPP, every order is carefully crafted, packed, and inspected to ensure you receive the perfect pour every time. Because our products are consumable food items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

💛 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sipp.creations@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and, if eligible, issue a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).

📦 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Orders with missing packaging or broken seals

• Items purchased through third-party retailers

⚠️ Additional Notes

• Refunds and replacements are only available for orders purchased directly from shop-sipp.com.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was a result of our error.

• Once an order is confirmed as delivered, SiPP is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after drop-off.
